HARMONIC
Privacy Policy
Last updated: 19 August 2026
This Policy explains how Harmonic handles the personal information you submit through harmonicagency.gr.
1. Who is responsible for your data
Harmonic operates this website and is responsible for the personal data collected through it. For any request regarding your personal data, please use the contact form available on the website.
2. Information we collect
When you send a package enquiry, we collect your name, telephone number and email address. You may also choose to provide a company name. We also receive the package you selected and the information required to deliver your message securely.
3. Why we use it
We use this information only to respond to your request, discuss the package you selected and take steps you ask us to take before a possible collaboration. We do not use enquiry details for newsletters or unrelated marketing.
4. Legal basis
The processing is necessary to respond to your request and take steps before a possible agreement. Where strictly necessary, we may also process limited information to protect the website and our communications from misuse.
5. Services that process the information
Your form is transmitted through FormSubmit and delivered to Gmail. If you accept advertising cookies, the Meta Pixel sends website-event information to Meta Platforms Ireland Limited for advertising measurement and optimisation. Our website hosting and security providers may also process limited technical data needed to operate and protect the site. These providers act under their applicable privacy and security terms. Where information is processed outside the European Economic Area, the applicable legal safeguards are used.
6. How long we keep it
Enquiry information is normally kept for up to 12 months after our last communication, unless a collaboration begins or a longer period is required to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Information that is no longer needed is deleted.
7. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data and may object where the law gives you that right. You may also lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority. To exercise a right, contact us through the form available on the website.
8. Cookies and tracking
The website uses strictly necessary technology to remember your cookie preference. With your prior consent, the Meta Pixel records a PageView when you visit and a Lead when a package enquiry is successfully submitted. These events do not include the name, telephone number, email address or company name entered in the form. You can accept or reject the Pixel with equal ease and change your choice at any time through “Cookie settings”. If you reject it, the Pixel is not loaded.
9. Advertising measurement and profiling
Harmonic does not make automated decisions about you through the enquiry form. If you accept the Meta Pixel, Meta may use website-event information for advertising measurement, audience creation and ad personalisation in accordance with its Privacy Policy. The legal basis for activating the Pixel is your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy when our services, providers or legal obligations change. The latest version will always be available on this page.
